Highlights from KBIS and the NAHB International Builders’ Show

Every year, thousands of designers, builders, remodelers, contractors, and homeowners descend on Las Vegas for the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders’ Show. It is the event of the year, where the latest innovations and design trends are showcased. April, along with our designer, Allison, and our director of operations, Nicole, attended this year’s event to see the newest trends in bath and kitchen remodeling and bring those inspirational ideas back to our clients.

Bathroom Remodeling Inspiration

Bathrooms have become so much more than just a functional space. Your bathroom can be a spa-like space with an elevated level of luxury, a statement of sustainability, and an innovative display of unique materials reflecting your personality. Here are some of our favorite products from KBIS 2025.

TOTO USA Toilets and Sinks

TOTO USA introduced new colors for their toilets and sinks. Hidemi Ishikawa, CEO of TOTO USA, said, “This year, we’re showcasing innovations that blend smart technology, sustainable design, and luxury to transform people’s everyday routines. Our latest advancements elevate comfort, hygiene, and wellness while reflecting our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design.”

Badeloft Tubs

International pavilions at KBIS were featured as part of the NKBA Global Connect international business development program. Badeloft tubs were part of the Made In Germany pavilion, showcasing tubs made of stone resin. The company explains the benefits of stone resin for use in tubs:

“Stone Resin is a composite of acrylic polymer and natural minerals. It is an ideal material for high quality bathtubs and sinks as it maintains a high level of heat retention. Our products are manufactured to be eco-friendly using non-toxic materials. It is 100% non-porous and is unaffected by external forces such as moisture and humidity.”

Cleaner Showers

Having a luxurious shower is to die for, but having an easy way to keep your shower clean is like icing on the cake. Delta’s ProClean “powers off stubborn soap scum and shower messes, cleaning shower surfaces at least two times faster than standard sprays.”

Shower Niche from Pulse

It’s often the small details that make the biggest difference in a bathroom remodel, and these shower niches from Pulse are an ideal way to level up your shower experience, saving you space so that you don’t need a bulky organizer.

Solutions for Aging in Place

If you are getting older but want to remain in your home as you age, certain safety features – especially in the bathroom – become essential.

Kitchen Remodeling Inspiration from KBIS

This event never fails to inspire, and this year was no different. From backlit countertops to innovations in appliances and storage, we brought home some great idea for your new kitchen.

Countertops

So much goes in to making your kitchen really work for you, and the countertops you choose are a big part of that effort. From the materials to the color you choose, countertops are a big part of your kitchen’s personality. As Allison noted, countertops are evolving. We’re seeing less Silica, more porcelain options, and some amazing visual reproductions. We were particularly excited about the Antolini and Cambria showcases.

Appliances

This year’s featured appliances were all about saving space and energy while still delivering exquisite aesthetics.

Trends Our Designer Loves

Allison observed several noteworthy trends from this year’s show that will not only inspire design ideas but will also add to the functionality of your home:

Matte Black Is Having a Moment

While black is not a new trend, matte black appliances, faucets, and accessories were heavily featured this year and we will certainly start seeing the color pop up in home designs.

More Creative Storage

The creative and innovative ways to store everything from a drink station to a charging station really got a boost at this year’s KBIS. For homeowners who are looking for ways to store electronics, appliances, and even clothing in ways that leave the space clean, sleek, and organized, these options should inspire you!

Walnut, Wood Grains, and Frank Lloyd Wright Inspired Designs

This year’s Kitchen and Bath show featured more wood tones and midcentury styles. A highlight of the show was Brizo’s Frank Lloyd Wright Kitchen and Bath Collection. Brizo partnered with the the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation® to develop designs that embrace his six principles of organic architecture.

From small changes that make a big difference to a whole-house remodel, we can help you find the joy in your home.

Attending the Kitchen and Bathroom Industry Show every year is a great way to launch the new design build season. We’re more excited than ever to get started on your project. We have much more inspiration to share, so stay tuned!
