Redmond Featured Projects

Many homeowners living in Redmond love their community and the neighborhoods in which they live. But they’ve often had a change in circumstances that demand they modernize their homes: their kids have grown, they’ve moved up in their companies and are expected to entertain, or they finally have more time to enjoy their hobbies. We help make their homes more functional, introducing elements (from wine cellars to art rooms to commercial-grade kitchens) that transform their current homes into the home of their dreams.

These homeowners purchased this 4,800-square-foot 1980s house and wanted to personalize the space while also bringing it into the 21st century.  By raising the living room floor and making it seamless with the rest of the first floor, and installing bay windows that offered unobstructed views, we were able to open up the space and create the perfect home for entertaining, capturing the exquisite views the property afforded.
