About Nip Tuck Cares
At Nip Tuck Remodeling, creating meaningful spaces extends beyond the homes we remodel. Through Nip Tuck Cares, we invest in the wellbeing of our community by supporting organizations and initiatives that help children, families, and neighbors access the stability, resources, and encouragement they need to thrive.
Founded in 2020 by owner April Bettinger, Nip Tuck Cares was created as the philanthropic branch of Nip Tuck Remodeling and reflects our commitment to giving back in ways that are intentional, measurable, and rooted in the communities we serve. As our company has grown, so has our desire to support local efforts that strengthen families, expand opportunity, and create lasting impact.

Current focus
Bellevue LifeSpring
Our current focus is Bellevue LifeSpring, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families in Bellevue through practical, life-changing programs. Their work includes services such as rent assistance, food support during school breaks, back-to-school clothing support, and family workshops that help meet basic needs and foster long-term stability.
For the past two years, April has been an active member of One Circle, One Heart, One Community – an engaged network of local women dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the Bellevue community. Their signature event, One Heart, One Community unites the community around a shared purpose, with all proceeds directly funding essential nutrition for local children and families. In 2026 alone, the Circle raised more than $550,000, underscoring the powerful impact of collective action.

This work is personal to us, and it is personal to April. Her active involvement helps shape where we give, how we engage, and which community partnerships we continue to build over time.
Rather than treating philanthropy as a separate effort, we see it as an extension of the same values that guide our company every day: care, stewardship, trust, and a commitment to improving the lives of the people around us. Supporting organizations like Bellevue LifeSpring and participating in efforts like One Heart/One Community allows us to put those values into action in a meaningful, local way.
Our Broader Commitment
Giving that grows with us
Nip Tuck Cares began with a commitment to support causes tied to safe housing, food access, and workforce education, and those priorities continue to shape our giving today. The current page highlights past support for organizations including Acres of Diamonds, Hope Creek Food Bank, Mary’s Place, Treehouse, Open Window School, Sawhorse Revolution, Habitat for Humanity, and other service efforts throughout the region.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to supporting the people behind the homes we remodel. Every full house remodel and whole home remodel is part of a bigger story, and we believe our work should reflect not only craftsmanship and design excellence, but also a deeper investment in the strength and future of our local community.
We are committed to supporting Bellevue LifeSpring’s mission of empowering children and families in Bellevue that build long-term stability.
We have continued to donate many hours of time to Habitat for Humanity and other various service organizations.
100 nights of safety for 11 families in Duvall including: housing, food, supporting services, and counseling through Acres of Diamonds.
1,500 local families will receive a holiday meal with the use of our donation at Hope Creek Food Bank in Mill Creek.
We helped fund Mary’s Place “No Child Sleeps Outside” program and be able to help 25 children in Seattle receive this level of assistance for 6 nights.
Sawhorse Revolution will fund carpentry and building supplies for nearly 20 teens learning the trade.
Treehouse will provide head-to-toe outfits for 60 foster children/teens.
