Challenge
This 1980’s bachelor’s house was in need of serious updates when his newly wed bride walked in to red carpet and yellow walls. On a beautiful 4.6 acre lot in Redmond, the 5,310 sq. foot home was full of potential. They wanted to:
- Repair old water damage from a dishwasher, sink, and shower
- Disinfect and replace all rodent and mold contaminated materials in the crawl space and HVAC system
- Completely reconfigure the kitchen for better function and maximize storage
- Remove everything from the dated bathroom to create a toilet room, gorgeous soaking tub, and all new cabinetry and fixtures
Solution
These newlyweds were highly visual and came to us for the quality time with a dedicated designer at multiple showrooms. Through the detailed interior design process, they were able to see and touch all of the selected materials, and our design department produced excellent 3D models to help them visualize their dream home.
We touched the floors, paint, light fixtures and various updating throughout the home, but our primary focus was on the kitchen and primary bathroom.
Result
The homeowners were thrilled with how we were able to deliver their vision. Now, this home is ready for many years of entertainment.
