This kitchen was part of a whole house remodel for a retired couple in Issaquah, WA. Though the basic outline of the kitchen remained the same, we customized every inch for our client.
There are now plenty of drawers including a specialized corner storage cabinet as well as inserts for organization and knives. The refrigerator and dishwasher now beautifully blend into the kitchen with cabinetry panels.
The addition of upper cabinets with beveled glass and puc lighting now offer interest to the space and some function to display special objects / decor.
The old bathroom(s) were very outdated, had builder grade materials and really lacked character and any semblance of desirable decor.
Our designer, Krista Reiner, took great care put these spaces together with our clients wants & needs top of mind. The new master bath now includes radiant heat in the floor as well as traveling up onto the shower bench.
Shower equipment was well thought out and placed for easy access and operation as well as the elegant finishes of Oil Rubbed Bronze.
The vanity area is fully built in with storage, separate his and hers areas and a specialty corner cabinet to house a flat screen TV and a small coffee station.
We commissioned a custom glass piece from Unique Art Glass which served as a nice separation between the commode area and the vanity.
Lastly, our friends at CA Closets came in to customize the new walk in closet. Our client had a very special antique piece that was to live on the back wall and a unique and functional storage area was built around the dresser.
