Our clients had an active family of five and the kitchen was not meeting their needs. Our homeowner dreamed of having a built in banquette so that the family could more comfortably congregate in the kitchen as well as having built in seating.
The old kitchen had been remodeled about 15 years prior and was cramped, closed off from the dining room and had no room for a nook. We opened up this kitchen to flow into the dining room as well as changed the footprint.
