We have an experienced team on the administrative side of the business to deliver legendary customer service, as well as a collaborative team of exceptional craftsman and trade partners.

APRIL BETTINGER

OWNER AND FOUNDER

For the past 25 years, April Bettinger has carved out for herself a respected niche in the construction industry. Her father was a custom homebuilder in this area during the 70s and 80s, so she grew up watching and learning about excellent customer service and what it takes to build a high-quality project. 

Throughout her career in construction, April has held key roles in finance, budgeting, customer service, team building, and sales management preparing her to own & operate her own company.  Nip Tuck Remodeling was founded in 2010 on the heals of the recession with a vision and determination to create a construction company with extraordinary craftsmanship AND a focus on professionalism.  She is driven to make a difference in the construction industry and leads her company with vision & purpose.  She is known to tell you like it is and approaches each and every person she meets with authenticity.

When not in the office, you can find April enjoying the outdoors with her life parnter, Baer and their two dogs, Yogi & Lucy.

DAVID MEIER

PROJECT MANAGER

David Meier joined Nip Tuck Remodeling in January 2016 as our project manager. In his role as Nip Tuck Remodeling's project manager, David works closely with our clients and trade partners to successfully create amazingly beautiful projects. His extensive background in the construction industry is an asset to our team.

David is married and has three children; his family lives in Snohomish. He likes to spend his spare time with his family and loves to camp, hike, and perform community outreach.

Allison Scott is a Seattle-based interior designer who takes pride in her ability to transform spaces by bringing ideas and inspirations to life. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has developed a keen eye for craftsmanship and detail. Allison finds joy in creating beautiful, comfortable, and safe spaces for clients of all budgets.

Allison’s mission is to deliver a space that her client’s feel happy to live in. Always considering the family’s needs, wants, and personality, she’ll mix in current technologies and design features. The results yield functional, comfortable spaces that reflect the client’s needs, desires, and style. Allison’s detail-oriented, client-focused approach makes her flexible and fun to work with. Comfortable with many interior styles, Allison is able to translate any style to satisfy the desires of our clients.

Julie Castillo

Office Manager

Julie Castillo is our officer of first impressions and is responsible for the first inquiry from a potential client all the way through reaching out a year after we are finished with a project to ask if there is anything we can return to take care of.  She is the glue that connects our office, and she wears many hats, from HR to marketing, and loves the challenges of collecting and monitoring all the financial details in our office.

Julie’s love of organization and design started as a small child, when Barbie and Ken had the most organized Barbie Dreamhouse in her home.  "For hours, I would look at magazines and cutout pictures to place them on boards to one day design my own 'dream house.'"  Her love of everything home and renovation related makes her a natural fit here at Nip Tuck Remodeling.

Julie is a California native, but has been in love with the Northwest since her first visit as a teen.  She and her husband live in Woodinville and have a combined total of 7 children and 9 grandchildren as well as their two fur babies, Khloe and King.  In her spare time away from Nip Tuck Remodeling, she enjoys family time, boating, jet skiing, and traveling.
